Maintenance Costs
For maintenance services we charge £75.00 per hour, there is a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour we charge by the half hour.
If the situation arises where a simple job turns into a more complicated repair we will keep you informed. Occasionally what seems to be a simple repair turns into a far more complicated job involving a lot more time and materials. Problems typically arise where the water supply can not be easily isolated or once the job has commenced, other faults become apparent. In these situations we will endeavour to provide an accurate estimate of the likely cost of the work, before commencing the repair. All materials supplied are subject to a 20% handling charge.
We will ask you for your debit for credit card details at the time of booking the work, no monies will be deducted from you account until the work is completed. Please note, credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge. Please note all work is subject to parking and congestion charge fees where appropriate.
